This world is too soft for my taste, and I don't mean gore wise, What I mean is this book is written for young teen readers/listers, this book is missing grit and struggle and darkness and a feeling of adventure. ![]() ![]() The reasons why I do not like this book: - To start the description of this book mentions the MC is of college age which I found is not accurate, I would put the MC at the 13-14 year old range, thats not at all a bad thing, but I prefer more maturity. Reasons why I think this is a quality book: This book is very well written, the plot pace is good, the plot is unique in its own way, the MC isn't someone I could become invested in but the MC is likeable, definitely a good Litrpg in its own right, the story is enjoyable, the word building is pretty much based off earth and common American city’s so there isn't a whole lot the author has to explain.
